The Lionheart Institute Personal Journey Program

Lionheart is home to individuals committed to personal transformation. The Personal Journey exploration opens up new pathways for seekers to utilize inherent creative expression and awaken new levels of conscious awareness. This process frees us from patterns that have limited us professionally, personally and spiritually. Many classes focus on self-discovery through body/mind experiential exercises and exploration of the inner landscape of the subconscious. These classes combine transpersonal psychology with understanding and enlivening of the subtle nervous system. This powerful inner journey assists us in softening our ego defenses in order to embody our true loving spiritual nature. Participants learn how to access the power of such qualities as; humility, integrity, compassion, spontaneity, purity, innocence etc. and cultivate these qualities into practical daily living. Students discover their relationships deepen, conflict and life struggles begin to melt and productivity increases.

The shared commitment and experience of the group cultivates deep friendships and a safe environment for transformation and growth. Most participants find not only do they grow and transform but that their families, friends and professional relationships are positively affected.
