Hi Laura,

I did Maria's room-clearing Qi Gong exercises this morning before meeting my new students, and the day went very smoothly. What I found was that I felt very present and unagitated, the kids were well-behaved and the parents were extremely amiable. At the beginning of the day I had no firm arrangement of an assistant due to their union's negotiations, so I asked parents for help and some stayed happily. :) I had great fun and one little girl told her dad after school, "I had so much fun today!!!" I wanted to share this beautiful shift with you, that is, being fully present with adults and children, not creating drama over things beyond my control, and really enjoying every minute with a genuine curiousity for what would happen next. I would say that my stress level was about 2 out of 10, for the first day of kindergarten! Thank you for all of the work you do to provide the community with meaningful and practical classes that lead to inner transformation. I don't have a headache today, and that is saying a LOT!

Dear Classmates

    I have been pondering on the inadequacy of words to express what the Lionheart journey has meant and then Julie comes along and so eloquently expresses her own experience.  Several years ago, when I returned to Texas, I had no idea about energy healing/  Lionheart and all that this experience has opened my being to.......  
    How do you thank teachers who have given so much of themselves and their time to help each and everyone of us grow in such profound ways?  And I do not want to feel that as students we will be saying 
goodbye to each other because this is our last class.  You all have become my spiritual family down here on this earth.  So I feel certain we will find ways to reconnect at times and for some of you I expect this to be a lifelong connection.  With your permission, I would like to contribute some of my own salt that comes from the magical town of Saltzburg in Austria- the birthplace of Mozart- in hopes that when you see the beautiful pink color of the salt you will remember me and my contributions to our wonderful group.  You have all done so wonderfully well in sticking by me through the tumultuous pain in the ass times of personal healing.   I look forward to seeing you all again in a classroom setting and will wait with excited anticipation to see how each of our lives now takes wing.  And for you teachers, words are inadequate!!!

Dear friends,

As one who began with Lionheart a lifetime ago, I have shared part of my journey with many of you.  What I have learned in Characterology and other classes has changed my life, my marriage, my interactions with my children and family/friends, and yes clients I work with.  Am I perfect, do I have the answers or have 'it' all figured out?  No.  But I can't imagine where my life would be without this journey.  It has been essential for me and I thank each of you for your love, wisdom, and for sharing part of my journey and what I have learned from each of you.

My experience with the Living Body and Soul course at the Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal Healing was truly exceptional! Being an Acupuncturist and Bodyworker I am always fascinated with the human body and I took this class to expand on those principles; but little did I know that this course would end up touching the very soul and core of my being.  An example was the training of the Three Brain Model and how it plays out in our every day actions, and relationships. I want you to know that the Stress Management and Meditation class helped me a lot.  It was practical and immediately applicable.  I was in meetings for work today, and I was able to notice and accept my lack of control over the big picture and let the speakers say whatever they had to say without charging up about it. Specifically helpful was the exercise of speaking about a stress-inducing situation in the sub-personality and the objective observer, doing the food journal, utilizing the ACE factor,  unconditional positive regard for self and others, and Kaizen:  focusing on one thing at a time.

I am profoundly different since I first went to Dr. Gramlich for treatment in Classical Homeopathy. My remedy is working beyond my wildest expectations. In my journey to heal a painful childhood emotional history I sought therapy and other various support groups. These experiences helped me but I found I was still playing out old patterns that were limiting me in many painful ways.
When I came upon the opportunity of implementing subtle energy healing I had no idea what that was all about. The work with Laura began to shift things on a deep and subtle level. Next she referred me to Dr. Gramlich who perscribed a classical homepathic remedy. I felt as though I was being re-structured both physically and emotionally.
