About Us
At Lionheart Texas, we interweave our
evolving spiritual nature with an understanding of the dynamics of the
subtle energy system to bring about an experience of holistic healing
for ourselves and our clients. Through lecture, discussion, hands-on
healing and experiential processes we discover what we are not, which
allows us to encompass more of our spiritual nature, the essence of who
we are.
Our courses teach individuals to perceive subtle energy, stimulate
health and facilitate well-being through a personal transformation
process that accesses the deeper roots of dis-ease.
Classes are
held
at the Integrative Healing Institute, a lovely facility, centrally
located
inside 410 on San Pedro near North Star Mall.
Outside this peaceful facility is the Blue Hole, the headwaters of the
San Antonio River, offering our students the opportunity to connect
with the natural setting right in the heart of San Antonio.
Our free Guest Evening
Orientations and Introductory
classes are held at the home of Dahlyn Herold in northeast San
Antonio, while our smaller classes, such as meditation and nutrition,
are held at the office of Sheryl Grant Thompson, conveniently located
in Alamo Heights.
Student Community
We are committed to supporting individual
growth through the creation of community. Students are encouraged to
connect with one another between classes, through the exchange of
healings, at guest evenings
and social gatherings.
Benefits of Energy Healing
Energy Healing is a mind-body modality and
as such accelerates personal growth. An effective therapy in and of
itself, Energy Healing can be utilized in conjunction with or as an
adjunct to both medical and non-medical therapies. Using this modality,
the healer works directly with the emotional, mental and spiritual
aspects of the energy body to facilitate the healing and release of
blocked and distorted energy patterns effectively restoring the
body’s natural balance. This results in a greater sense of well
being, peace, and calmness as well as the release of distress and
dis-ease on multiple levels.
Lionheart Institute has a number of
instructors who join us from all parts of the country, and Canada, to
offer their particular area of expertise. Our teachers set the tone for
trust with appropriate self-disclosure, honesty and a policy of
confidentiality, thus creating a safe “space” for
exploration, intimacy and bonding with the self and the group. Many
instructors teach at other schools as well as the other branches of
Lionheart Institute. All senior instructors have a thriving personal
practice and have over 15 years professional experience in the field.
Co-Directors of Lionheart Texas, Sheryl Grant
and Dahlyn Herold
are on the National Board of Lionheart Institute of Transpersonal
Energy Healing and each have private practices in San Antonio.

Lionheart Texas is committed to providing
high quality education at a reasonable cost. Various payment plans are

Class Structure
The curriculum is conveniently structured as
either one-day seminars or weekend intensives. Classes are limited to
30 students, but typical enrollment will range from 14-25 per group.
Our format provides the opportunity to gain experience from both large
and small group activities and supervision. The focus of each intensive
is to assist the healing process of individual participants in
releasing conscious and unconscious limitations. The experience of
self-healing transfers into understanding how to utilize this system
with others.
This modality of body/mind therapy rapidly expedites personal growth
and qualifies participants, if desired, to establish a professional
healing practice.
